Edmund "Rip", age 85, of Folsom, PA and considered a "local" in Ocean City, NJ passed away on August 10, 2018.

Beloved husband of Joan (nee Gionfriddo) and loving father of Maria Rupnick (Mark), Jennifer Holzer (Michael) and Caroline Nemtuda (David) and dear PopPop of Nick, Syd and Jake.

He was a Penn State Season Ticket holder for over 50 years and Nittany Lion Club Member.   Besides being an avid sports fan, he also enjoyed collecting coins.   His abilities to solve any puzzle or fix any problem will be greatly missed.  His dry sense of humor, quick wit, fierce loyalty to family / friends and quiet strength are lasting examples for us.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Thursday, August 16, 9:30-10:15 AM at St. Hedwig Church, 2713 W. 4 ^th St., Chester, PA 19013.  Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM.  Interment Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
