Edward Lee Smith, Jr., 73, of Millsboro, DE, passed away on August 22, 2019.

Ed was born on July 20, 1946 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Edward Smith, Sr. and Mary (Dawson) Smith. Edward was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Smith.  He is survived by his beloved wife Mary Smith; his sons, Edward Smith III;  Michael Smith (Cindy Gonzales), and Scott Smith (Pamela); his loving sister, Patricia Smith Cavanaugh, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Edward worked as a Bus Driver, and he enjoyed fishing, classic cars, and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was an active member in his Millsboro community.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation 6:00-6:45 PM with Service on Monday, September 30, 2019, 7PM at the Kaniefski, Kendus, Danjolell Memorial Home 3900 W. 9 ^th Street, Trainer, Pa 19061. Inurnment Private.
