Helen V. Zabitka (nee Kalatucka)

Helen Zabitka, age 93, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Christmas Day, December 25, 2018.  She was predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Matt Zabitka, and her son, Donald  S. Zabitka.

Helen was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family, ice skating, sewing, traveling to Miami Beach several times a years and taking cruises around the world.  She also enjoyed doing Crossword puzzles alongside her husband and was an avid bowler, winning numerous awards.

Helen is survived by her devoted daughter and son-in-law, Shirley and Jim McCreary, her daughter-in- law, Marjorie Zabitka, and loving grandchildren: Robert, Brian, and Kelly McCreary, Donald J. Zabitka, Susan Lloyd, and Jennifer King, as well as 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service to follow at 11:30 AM, Interment will be at Lawn Croft Cemetery.
