Justina "Tina" Bazylewicz nee Yakim passed away on October 28, 2016 at Naamans Creek Country Manor at the age of 96. She was born in Marion Heights, PA to the late Alex and Mary (Zazulla) Yakim. She was wife of the late Frank Bazylewicz who passed in 1966, and sister of the late Joseph Yakim, Helen Fasolka, and Juliette Swartz. Tina was a lifetime member of St. Hedwig's in Chester, PA where she was married and also belonged to their Senior and Heritage Clubs. Tina worked as a machine operator for Irving Wertz Mill, and also Harowe Servo Control in West Chester, PA retiring in 1986. She also enjoyed trips to the casinos and crocheting. Tina is survived by her longtime companion, John Mazzoni of Kennett Square, PA, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her calling after 10am Thursday, November 3, 2016 at St. Hedwig's, 4th and Hayes Streets, Chester, PA, where as a funeral mass will be held at 11am, burial will follow at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
