Madeline was born and raised in Minersville, PA to the late Walter Andruczyk and Mary (nee Urbanowicz) and wife of the late Stanley S. Falkowski.
Mother of Norman Falkowski of Boothwyn, PA. Ronald Falkowski of California, and Dennis Falkowski of West Grove, PA and survived by her 8 Grandchildren.
Relatives & friends may attend a viewing on Saturday Oct. 21, 2017 at 9:30 AM at Kaniefski, Kendus, DAnjolell Memorial Home 3900 West 9th St. Trainer, PA 19061. Funeral Service 10:30 AM. Interment Lawncroft Cemetery, Linwood, PA
